AJL Property Services has been providing quality and affordable off campus housing to students of Penn State University - Berks Campus, since 2014. All rentals are owned and operated by AJL Property Services and not by an independent management company like other units around PSU Berks.
About the Owner
As a graduate of Penn State University - Berks Campus, I pride myself in providing quality and affordable housing for current PSU Berks students that are close to campus. While in school and afterwards, I saw the need for more quality off campus housing options for students during their college journey. In 2014 my business was founded and we have now grown to 8 rental units We currently provide housing for 26 students for the 2016-2017 school year.
